This community is made up of 40 townhomes located in Olathe, KS. This community has an active Homes Association that consists of resident volunteers from the community that make up the Board of Directors, Social Committee and Landscaping Committee. The community is professionally managed by MAK Management, LLC. Architectural Change Request
Residents are required to submit an architectural chage request before making any changes to the exterior, including landscaping, of their home. You are welcome to submit this request electronically by clicking here.
